Brad has 18 years of recruiting experience and says he has never been hired to conduct an “easy” search. After 12 years working for a large staffing company, he started Rainier Recruiting in 2016 with a focus on offering senior recruiters long-term employment in a non-micromanagement atmosphere and putting money back into the pockets of the employees doing the real work.
Brad enjoys getting to know new customers and candidates, and helping to solve complex hiring challenges. Outside work, Brad enjoys volunteering at local animal shelters, serving on nonprofit boards, and spending time outside with his wife Krystle and dog Ginger.
Lauren has 9+ years of full cycle recruiting experience and is knowledgeable in contract, contract to hire, and direct hire recruiting for F500 companies and high growth startups. She enjoys agency recruiting because she can partner with a variety of companies, some of her favorites being in the software and aerospace industries. On the weekends, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 dogs, watching reruns of The Office, and baking.
Alyssa is an accomplished Senior Leader Recruiter who has spent the last four years at Rainier Recruiting partnering with early stage and VC-backed technology companies to build out their Go-To-Market teams. She has helped make “first of” role hires at various start-ups and placed many leaders including VPs of Sales, VPs of Marketing and VPs of People. She has completed searches for both individual contributor and leadership roles across a variety of functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, HR and Operations. Alyssa prides herself in taking a consultative approach with both her clients and candidates as well as having high offer acceptance rates and attrition rates. Prior to Rainier Recruiting, Alyssa gained her initial search experience at a commercial construction recruiting firm in Seattle where she learned the culture of the hiring industry. She was the top of her training class and excelled quickly to surpass professional and personal goals as well as company benchmarks.
Alyssa was born and raised in the Puget Sound area and has lived in the heart of downtown Seattle the past 10 years. She loves all things Seattle, especially Starbucks and the Seattle Seahawks…go hawks! She recently moved to Tulsa with her husband and French bulldog (Stevie) and is excited to explore a new city that has an emerging tech scene!
Joely spent most of her career in the hotel business and started recruiting in the Hospitality field before coming to Rainier Recruiting. Outside of work, Joely enjoys time with family and friends and traveling. Confident she can find the best candidates from anywhere, she is hoping to move her desk permanently to Mexico sooner than later.
Gina brings over seven years of recruiting experience to Rainier Recruiting. Gina is passionate about helping candidates advance in their careers and clients hire the best talent for their teams. She loves working in the collaborative environment Rainier Recruiting fosters and thrives in the competitive nature of the recruiting industry. Gina is a Washington state local and Central Washington University graduate with a human resources degree.
When not recruiting, you’ll find Gina in Eastern Washington snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, riding dirt bikes, practicing yoga, and spending time with her family.
Sarah has five years of recruiting experience with a background in the sports and fitness industry. Sarah enjoys the art of building relationships and connecting high-quality candidates with motivated employers.
Outside work, Sarah spends quality time with her family, plays volleyball whenever possible, runs the occasional Spartan Race, and consistently volunteers with a local nonprofit organization.
Eric first learned how to find top-quality candidates and conduct effective interviews while still in school in 2008. In all his jobs since, he used that knowledge to help the company hire. In 2018, Eric became a full-time recruiter, mainly working on roles in the industrial and skilled trades industries. Since then, he has hired candidates from all industry sectors and walks of life.
Eric joined Rainier Recruiting in 2021, working from his home in the beautiful Willamette Valley in Oregon. Outside work, Eric enjoys playing tabletop games and spending time with his wife and two boys. Eric is one of the few Rainier Recruiting employees with a cat rather than a dog. His cat, Pirate, enjoys sitting on the keyboard while Eric tries to write emails. Pirate is especially fond of the letter rrrr.
Diana Jacobson has 7 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on Executive, Sales, and Skilled Trades searches. Diana is passionate about connecting great candidates with great employers, creating successful and long-term partnerships. To her, there's nothing like the thrill of a candidate's enthusiastic "Yes!" to an offer, and an equally pleased hiring manager who just landed a top performer. Outside of work, Diana enjoys spending time outdoors exploring hikes around PNW with her husband, spending time with friends and family, and traveling and experiencing new cultures around the world.
Emily is a Senior Recruiter with over 7 years of Full Cycle Recruiting under her belt. After 5 years of working at Large Staffing firms, Emily decided to Join Rainier Recruiting where she could have a more personal approach to the hiring process. Emily enjoys working on more complex roles and she believes in a win/win scenario for both her clients and candidates. Outside of work you may find Emily snuggling her two young kids, playing corn hole with her extended family, or hosting a game night.
